We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Below is our cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your event decoration order:
If cancellation is made at least 7 days before the event date, you will receive a full refund of the total amount.
If cancellation is made within 7 days of the event date, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
In case of non-availability:
If we are unable to fulfill your order due to non-availability, you will receive a 100% refund of the total amount.
